BCEAO - Central Bank of West African States RTGS system
In June 2004 CMA’s RTGS system had been launched int operation at the Central Bank of West African States (BCEAO) in concordance with the project schedule. Hardware procurement order for the project had been completed by the Hewlett-Packard Company. CMA’s responsibility within the project was delivery and installation of the application software. The project had started in June 2003, since then CMA developed and installed payment system and conducted educational training of the Central Bank staff in its headquarters and its branch offices in eight west African countries: Senegal, Mali, Togo, Niger, Ivory Coast, Guinea Bissau, Burkina Faso and Benin.
Status: The system went into live operation in June 2004 according to the project schedule
